Why we should all be aware of the food system

and the importance of becoming Permaculture Entrepreneurs

Are you a Permaculture Entrepreneur?

Just two boomsteaders having fun on photo day. If you aren’t having fun you aren’t living your life to the fullest.

A permaculture entrepreneur is someone who lives their life to the fullest every fucking day by making sure they are doing what they love in business and in life.

Don’t get me wrong their might be a day that sucks the life out of you and or be filled with tasks you don’t want to do but if you are truly living your life to your potential those tasks don’t effect your overall well-being in fact they make you stronger.

Obviously if you work a 9 to 5 for someone else then you might not be an entrepreneur according to the Webster dictionary, but if you are employing strategies into your day job that make you own every second of your life then you are pretty damn close to being an entrepreneur. Secondly, if you work a 9 to 5 and hate your fucking job, what are you going to do from 5pm to 9 am everyday to help you make that changes you are seeking? If you are doing some type of work or “hustle” in those hours out of your daytime job then you are an Entrepreneur.

The permaculture side of things comes in to play with how you implement every task and activity into your life. Are you trying to make a positive or negative impact in this world? It is pretty hard to stay neutral these days and that is why we try to be mindful and close the loop in are day to day actions. Whether that is employing sustainable eating habits into your lifestyle, adding a composting plan in your office and at home, supporting local businesses with your eating and purchasing decisions or even going paperless in 2020. This is just a short list of what you can do to create a positive, impactful, abundant, growth in 2020. There are so many ways to be a Permaculture Entrepreneur.

One of our businesses is a Micro Farm, Mile High Micro Greens. We not only grow food for ourselves but for Colorado Restaurants and Locals. We try to follow permaculture practices every step of the way. For instance, we have backyards chickens that not only provide food but also make a great compost team.

That is why this year we want to bring you a blog post every Monday that will be highlighting permaculture, entrepreneur and lifestyle tips that will enhance you and your ability to live your life to the mother fucking fullest.

Keep Booming life with Permaculture!
