🐝 Here at Boom Beekeeping we believe keeping honey bees in your backyard is a good step to providing a home to just some of our Colorado pollinators, but not the only step.
🐝 So, if you haven’t already it is time to ditch the lawn and pesticides. & level up with some, backyard vegetable, perennial flowers and herb beds!
🐝 Plus, planting local native plants is equally as important for our ecosystem and the 946 native Colorado bees.
🐝 Our mission at Boom Beekeeping is to be the humans the bees expect us to be. This means being stewards and protectors of Mother Gaia. We don’t condone Pesticide use and we are chemical, treatment free beekeepers. We believe plants are the medicine.

Or Private Lesson Option:
You take advantage of my time and learn the ins and outs of backyard beekeeping. Your swarm delivery includes two medium (“supers”), 16 super-frames, a top, inner-cover and bottom board. Extra Equipment is purchased upon delivery of swarm or you purchase your own equipment when needed. Plus, you keep all the honey, but you take on the responsibility of tending the bees and your own harvest.
Ultimately, keeping bees in your backyard is not all about the Honey Harvest.
