The Importance of an Active lifestyle to become the ultimate Human!

The Importance of an Active lifestyle to become the ultimate Human!

Movement matters.

Contemplate this Quote from think and grow rich for a second:  We live on a blue planet that circles a ball of fire next to a moon the moves the sea and you don’t believe in Miracles? -Think & Grow Rich

Our very existence on this planet depends on movement; So why would you think our body & mind wants to stay stagnate?

They don’t, not utilizing the very gifts you were born with is the very thing that will lead to your demise and eventual death.

You are the product of your own happiness. You decide what to do each day. What to eat, how to act? Where to work? Here @ Boom Inc.  We decide with a morning routine that encourages movement, growth and health.  No time for excuses or procrastination.  It is important to wake up knowing you were not guaranteed anything today. So make the most out of it. If you want high energy levels you have to dig deep and make that energy come forth by moving your body at the gym or outside. Whichever you prefer don’t let your own self get in the way of reaching your full potential.

Movement and exercise isn’t just going to slim you down and increase your overall health but, it is going to change how you think and your brain operates.

According to the Harvest Business Review: Studies indicate that our mental firepower is directly linked to our physical regimen. And nowhere are the implications more relevant than to our performance at work. Consider the following cognitive benefits, all of which you can expect as a result of incorporating regular exercise into your routine:

•Improved concentration

•Sharper memory

•Faster learning

•Prolonged mental stamina

•Enhanced creativity

•Lower stress

At work is written in bold because as Entrepreneurs we are always at work, trying to expand and diversity our income; So it is important to maximize are thinking ability and performance 24/7. It appears there in no better way than to add a daily exercise routine into the mix.

Exercise doesn’t have to be at the gym – it can be anywhere. Even a new walking

routine will add wonders to your well-being.  “Walking can be as good as a workout, if not better, than running,” says Dr. Matt Tanneberg, CSCS, a sports Chiropractor and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist in Phoenix, Arizona who works with elite athletes. “You hear of people ‘plateauing’ when they continue to do the same workout routine and stop seeing results. I see patients all the time that plateau from running, they will run the same distance, speed and time, day in and day out. You need to constantly be switching up your exercise routine in order to get the maximum benefit for your health.”

Don’t get stuck doing the same thing all time your brain thrives on mixing it up. Not to say you wont’ have any benefits from always walking or always running. However changing it up , challenges not only your body but you mind thrives on building new connections when trying new things.  Increase Memory, boost creative energy and overall mood just by going on a 15 minute walk,  click on this link to find out more on how walking is the most underrated exercise: https://www.nbcnews.com/better/health/why-walking-most-underrated-form-exercise-ncna797271

What we do to optimize health in Body and Mind @theboomstead:

If walking and running ain’t yo thing, that is ok, just do something!

Our Daily Routines consisted of 10 minute mediation; 60 – 80 mins of yoga for me using the Down-Dog app and Guy prefers doing a 30 – 40 minute body weight calisthenics routine , he uses the THENX app.   We live 35 miles for the nearest anything so if you are off-grid and have internet access use these badass exercise apps to your advantage (I don’t know how off-grid this is but nowadays and as entrepreneurs we need internet to enhance our lives and accomplish our goals)

We also love hiking year-a-round, Snowboarding, dabbled in Mountain biking and love a good fix ride. We also are taking up Recurve Bow Hunting and want to go on our first Hunt this year. So Archery practice has become a regular thing @theboomstead. What can I say we are blessed with adventure here in the Rocky Mountains and have no excuses to be lazy Or unhealthy.

So make movement apart of you life, it matters!

We all want to become our ultimate selves it appears obvious that an active lifestyle is the turn key to optimize humans and our experience and lives on this planet. So what are you doing still reading this post – GO DO SOMETHING! RIGHT MEOW!

JUST BOOM LIFE!
