5 Ways Daily Yoga Will Change Your Life

(1) Become more limber – By Adding 30 minutes plus of daily yoga to your life, without a doubt, you will be touching your toes in no time.

(2) Relieve back pain – Most pack pain stems from sitting too much. Even people who exercise an hour a day might still sit at a desk for 8 hours a day. Adding 15 minutes into your morning or night routine could change the way your back and you feel on the reg.

(3) Relieve neck pain – Again a lot of neck pain comes from sitting crunched over and stressed out from our daily life and routine. Adding yoga will help you work out the kinks, and leave the stress on the mat, where it belongs.

(4) Increase mindfulness with breath awareness – by doing yoga daily you will become more aware of your breath and your daily actions. Just by putting your breath into practice on the mat you will be surprised how much your breath control will help you off your mat in real life situations when you need to calm your self down, cool off, heat up, or get amped up.

So Give it a try and I promise you will not regret it. (Tip: never do something you aren’t ready for, but work up to poses by practicing easier poses that build your overall strength)

So how did I get into doing yoga everyday on top of whatever else I want to get done for the day. First being committed and second using one of the 3 Yoga Programs below. Downdog App – find it on itunes or google play, pick your yoga level, time, type and “boost” requests (like hip, shoulder opening, balance, etc.) and press start. My favorite way to practice at home!

He has great videos, that help your work on all areas of your yoga practice. He does a lot of 30 minute flows for anyone in a time crunch. I heard about this dude from a friend when I was asking about learning how to do headstand and handstand.I just completed the first 3 head/handstand tutorials this morning.

Patrick and Carling

I have only done one of Patrick’s classes, but I found him because I was wanting to try another level 2 1 hour vinyasa flow at home outside of the downdog app and this dude popped up on YouTube. He is Strong, he makes the class super fun, plus he kinda looks like Jake Gyllenhaal. I am not sure how Carling’s classes go but I need to check more of their channel out.
